How to Take: Place the tablet on the tongue and allow it to dissolve completely. No water is needed. Do not swallow whole, crush, or chew. The tablet dissolves within seconds.
With Food: Can be taken with or without food. Efficacy is not significantly affected by meals.
Missed Dose (Daily): Take as soon as remembered. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose.
Note: Sexual stimulation is required for Tadalafil to produce an erection. It does not increase sexual desire.

- Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours
- Sexual stimulation is required for the medication to work — it does not cause automatic erections
- May cause headache, flushing, nasal congestion, dyspepsia, back pain, or myalgia in some patients
- Avoid excessive alcohol consumption as it may increase the risk of side effects and reduce efficacy
